Hey all,
i've come up with an effective build which focusses on supporting your team as well as making your foes less effective.

Armor, i use tormentors but full radiant will do as well
1sup run of blood magic+headpiece,1 major rune of curses, 1 minor rune of soul reaping, the best vigor rune you can afford, and a rune of attument.

Weapon, I use vanahks staff but kyrils fervor or kaswas gluttony is the best 1 cause you need the +20% enchant mod.

Atts, 12+1+3 blood magic
12+2 curses (im not sure bout this)
rest+1 in soul reaping

Skills
1,Oppressive Gaze-Use this after you've enfeebled a group of paragons/warriors/sins/dervishes/rangers to gain health as well as to damage.
2,Blood Bond- Use this great spell to assist the monks/rits in healing, cast it on targets below 50% health. Feel free to spam this skill.
3,Blood Ritual-Use this on Caster classes, a good battery doesn't need an energy call to know who he should BR.

4,Well of blood/Well of Darkness/Well of Silence/Barbs-Choose the first one if you want to go more battery, choose the second one if you want to go more offensive. Use barbs on bosses and key targets (healers).This normally your 'well' slot.
5,Enfeebling blood-See number 1.
6,Signet of lost Souls-This is your e-management, and your self heal. Spam this skill as you like.
7,Spoil Victor (elite)/ Ravenous Gaze (elite)-I run spoil victor in hard mode areas because it is more effective there, Ravenous Gaze is fun if you want damage, it also keeps you alive easier.
8,Meekness-This is your other anti-melee skill, use it on the same group you cast enfeebling on

Weaknesses,
I find my e-management not that great cause i have a lot of expensive spells in there. Be sure to stay in the backline (behind the monks), to not get killed by angry warriors, you're a very VERY squishy target.

Credits: Erm, I think i'm the first one to make this sort of hybrid build using blood bond, so i guess they go to me.

The idea of using Ravenous Gaze is ok, so long as you can keep your health below 50% enough to make it worthwhile. It's an interesting elite to use in place of Blood is Power.

I'm wondering why you've not used Blood Renewal...that's always seemed pretty standard in battery builds to me? Perhaps it would be wise to take out meekness in favour of Power Drain, or even Energy Tap, to improve your energy management?

Blood Renewal would help me use ravenous gaze more often so that'd be a good skill to use. However I don't like the inspiration line very much (i think that you have to invest too much too get something out of it), but power drain is ok so i'll try that. Blood Renewal will be a life sack of 50% though (Awaken the Blood) so i'll have to use it carefully. Thx for the suggestions,

you don't use awaken the blood.

blood bond is bad, especially if you real good selfheal.

ravenous gaze sucks.

don't run a major curses and run less curses, enfeebling blood doesn't need such a big spec and kick meekness.

also as battery you could probably fit in a rez since you're staying back and are prolly one of the last to die.

You're right on the enfeebling thing, theres no need to spec that much into curses. But why don't you like Blood Bond?, it's an amazing skill and plz add some arguments next time instead of mindlessly saying: 'Blood Bond is bad'.

I've changed the build a bit with advice from mokone and Celestial Beaver, here it is:
